From today I will not spend even a single moment of my life to criticize others. I teach me to use this time to improve myself.
From today I will be thankful with God for giving me such a wonderful life.

From today I will not look for perfection in neither others or me myself for this world itself being imperfect.
From today I will perform one action at a time finishing that completely.
From today I will be more doer than talker.
From today I will enjoy every moment of my life that may be success or failure being happy, satisfied since I know that such life with ups and downs is interesting to live by.
From today I will not hate anyone as much as possible.
From today I will not let anger, stress, fear control me.
From today I will look at the positive side of everything and develop optimism in me.
