Fatigued but still doing that work? Wait!

Let's consider this situation.
You are not feeling well. You may have been fatigued after continue work/study or feeling bored or you are off mooded or are in tension or stress due to certain reason. But, you are trying to do that simple numerical given by your teacher. You have tried many times but aren't still able to do. Now you may be saying I will never touch this book again! You generally are not this type of person who avoid such simple thing.

Wait just a minute. Let me tell you why you are not able to that simple work. This is because you are forcing your fatigued mind and body to do the work. However our body is not a machine that can work whole the day continuously. It needs some rest after doing certain work. You can do anything easily or smoothly only if your body is balanced mentally and physically.

How much body or mind get fatigued depends upon whether you have to use your body or mind more. In many cases, both get fatigued. But if you are still trying to do that work, it may take four hours for you to complete that work which you used to finish in two hours other days. This will create some pressure in you and you will be stressed. If you continue doing the same thing again in the same condition, your interest to that work may decrease gradually.

So, if you are not feeling fit, forget that work. Give your mind and body some rest by doing the thing you are interested. Listen to your favorite music, go out and walk in fresh air, drink cold water, watch your favorite movie, call your friends and talk with them. You definitely will feel better at this time. Now start doing your work. You can focus your full mind in what you are doing and as I said above ,this time you can finish the work in two hours which you you may have finished in four hours while you are fatigued.

Hey Jirel..
It's a cool explanation..
Infact I will be posting this "fatigue" point in my 3rd series of "Wonderful blogging Ideas" this weekend. So I think I could linkback to your article for a more deep explantion..

Cheers!

Hi Wakish ,

That's great for me what you are going to do. Thanks!

Jirel - we push and push thinking that's what we're supposed to do. If we would just be still and listen to what our bodies are telling us we would be better aligned.

Thanks for reminding us to be in harmony with our bodies.
