5 ways to always stay motivated positively

Our mind is naturally affirmative. We are given power to absorb positivity. But, due to diversity in everything in this world, as we grow up, we have to deal with different people, situations that may be positive or negative. For a healthy lifestyle, it is necessary to filter those negatives.

A happy and positively motivated girlimage by Arwen Abendstern

Those people are successful in their life who always think positive, are optimistic about everything. For such people any problem that may be big or small never becomes big deal. Because they are motivated to solve such problems in easy way applying different methods. For them such problems becomes opportunity to learn something new in their life. There are so many benefits of staying positive and think positive which I always try to write about in this blog. In this post, I am going to tell you five practical tips to help you always stay motivated positively. Here it goes:

  1. Create positive environment
Everywhere, in everything- in office, at home etc, try to create positive environment that always supports you, serves you, helps you. Keep good and healthy relationship with your colleagues in your office, help them as much as you can when they are in need and do not forget to ask for their help as well when you are in problem and thank them for any help they done. This helps to make them feel that you are with them.

  2. Learn something optimistic
The main idea here is to learn something positive everyday. You can make a note of inspirational, motivational quotes and read them everyday, read your favorite book that makes you happy and helps to build confidence or gives positive energy, watch inspirational, motivational movies or programs on TV, listen positive music. Today Internet is huge collection of knowledge on everything. There are many articles, videos on optimism, lifestyle that you can read everyday which I am doing. I have subscribed to many personal development, life skills sites especially blogs that I have been reading everyday.

  3. Avoid negatives
It is better to not accompany people who is negative- always talks about failure, are depressed and prevents and discourages others as well from doing improvements. There is great possibility that you also start thinking negative after being continuously in contact of such persons for long time. Are there other things, situations or places that trigger you to think negative or failure? Avoid them all. And if there is any own habit that makes you unhappy or think negative about yourself, kick them out also.

  4. Celebrate your success
Have you achieved your goal or become able to do the thing you wanted to do? Why not to celebrate whether that is small or big. Our mind doesn't separate whether your achievement is great or not. It treats and enjoys all them equally. It is we, our thinking who differentiate our achievement into small and large and become happy in big achievement only.

  5. Control your emotions
Sometime it becomes hard for us to control our emotion, feelings, thinking when some one tells about death of our near or dear ones or failure in some attempts and we start to feel depressed, unstable and this may turn our life into misery if we do not control them in time. It is also necessary to control our anger, anxiety, stress.
And at last always take care of your health.

This is an interesting post. You should submit it at yearblook.com/submit.php. Yearblook is a competition to find each day’s best blog posts. At the end of the year, the 365 best posts (1 from each day) will be published in a book (a real, printed book, you will find it on Amazon).

If you’re not ready to post your articles yet, browse around and see if there is anything you find interesting.

Also, since we’re just starting out, we would love any feedback you are willing to share.
